I’m not too proud of this picture, but I’m sleep deprived today. So I decided to sit back and have a cup of hot tea and draw the same. I’m for bed. Sleep well, everyone.
Sleep deprivation is a terrible thing. The only thing worse than waking up early is knowing someone else is sleeping in. With that said, my philosophy towards sleep is like Pirate’s: if the sun isn’t awake, I’m not awake.
Clouds must be the nicest beds ever made. I feel like this picture lacks a bit of background scenery, but it’s hard to put text and detail in at the same time. And I’m lazy.
Because sleep is so important, here’s an illustration of what happens when it’s interrupted. Pirate’s normally easygoing, but if her nap is disturbed she’ll rampage until she forgets what she was doing.
Still sick, but getting better. Here’s how you can be helpful: go away and let me sleep. Fun fact, deaths from waking up sick people are up 42% around this time of year.
In the summer, sleeping on the grass is a must. Unless a wasp lands on your face. Or ants crawl up your clothes. Or…I could shut up and enjoy the moment.
