Dynamic Diet

I’m not actually on a diet. But I imagine that this is how I would need to do it. Actually, dieting should be about eating better, not less. Fight the starvation oppression and eat healthy and happy!

Today’s something different! I went to a cartoon-making session today, and this is the result of 1-hour of quick drawing. I don’t like drawing with pencil and ink — just not my style, but hopefully it still captures the quintessential Pirate! Cooking Calamity

All lovers of cooking and fine cuisine beware: you’ll find only nightmares here. The recipe below is actually something I’ve eaten — just fry all of it up in a giant pan or wok and enjoy! Pirate would definitely like it because it’s food, but Knight has a far more normal reaction to this edible evil.

Patrick’s War

There is much drinking and green across the world right now. Hopefully not much drinking of green, though. But how much do you know about the man behind the day? I think Pirate would have liked St. Patrick. He didn’t like snakes much either according to legend.

I’m not sure this is what St. Patrick’s Day is about, Pirate.

Food and Not Food

What do you define as edible? Pirate’s less picky about what she eats than you might think. She’s a survivor when all’s said and done. But bugs? (Or spiders if you wanna nitpick.) That’s going too far for me.

Terry Pratchett passed away today. He was – and is – one of my favorite authors among the living and now the dead. Hopefully not the undead. I can’t do justice to how much I admired him. There’s a Pratchett shaped hole in the world. I’m going to read some Discworld novels now.
